Küme mongen · the good living
Plain answers about everyday care.
Kumewell is an independent site about the ordinary habits people ask about most and get straight answers on least. Oral care first, then the rest of what holds up over time.
What this is
Most of what gets published about daily care exists to move a product. The claims outrun the evidence, the byline is a stock photo, and the money behind the page is never mentioned.
Kumewell is the opposite bet: few topics, covered carefully, with the funding stated in the open. When the honest answer is that nobody knows yet, that is what the page will say.
How this works
-
Sources, or their absence
Where a claim has a published source, it gets linked. Where it doesn't, the page says so rather than dressing an opinion up as a finding.
-
No invented experts
No fabricated doctors, no borrowed credentials, no page built to look like a newsroom it isn't. This is one person's writing and it doesn't pretend otherwise.
-
Money in the open
Some links earn a commission. That is stated before the link, not tucked into small print at the bottom of the page.
How this is funded
Kumewell sells nothing of its own and carries no advertising. Some products discussed here are sold by other companies, and some of those links earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
A commission never buys a recommendation, and nothing here is medical advice. For anything concerning your health, talk to a licensed professional.
Who is behind it
One person, working independently. Kumewell is not a media company, a clinic, or a supplement brand, and it does not employ a panel of experts.
The name comes from küme mongen, "the good living" in Mapudungun, the language of the Mapuche people of southern Chile and Argentina. It describes wellbeing as something built out of ordinary daily life rather than bought.
